Marsa Gabal El Rosas Bay

6 – 40 meters | Weak | 5 Dive Spots

Marsa Gabal El Rosas, Gabal El Rosas Bay or sometimes called Oriental Bay named after Oriental Bay Hotel is our house reef. It is a fringing reef, with a sandy entrance and is well protected all year round, which makes it very accessible even under bad weather and strong winds.

A dive from the sandy entrance starts with a depth of 5m and slopes down until around 40m.
On the north side you find a plateau and also a steeper wall down to 40m.
On the south side you find also some caves and caverns, and with our zodiac you have access to the outer sides of our bay where you can find a great coral landscape and a lot of anemones.

The weak current, easy entrance and depth slopes make this bay also perfect for beginners.
